Call the office at 719-389-0070 to schedule, cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Telemedicine visits are available at the providers' discretion. However, patients are required to have an in-office visit at least once a year to comply with insurance requirements. 

We offer same-day appointments based on availability. While it's best to schedule in advance, we strive to accommodate acute concerns and see you on the same day whenever possible.  

Please contact your pharmacy to check if you have any refills remaining on your medication. If there are no refills left, ask your pharmacy to send a refill request to our office. If you encounter any issues, feel free to call our office to request the medication refill. Please allow 48-72 hours to process the medication refill though we strive to complete the request faster. 

Schedule an appointment with our office to discuss your concerns. After your appointment, the provider will send the referral to the specialist with all the relevant information needed for your appointment. Our referral coordinator will notify you once the referral has been sent. Please note, the specialist's office may take 10-14 business days to process the referral. The specialist's office should contact you directly to schedule your appointment. If you do not hear from them, please either reach out to their office or notify our office, and we will be happy to assist you in the process.
